Mark personally stepped in to manage all of the communications with the bad landlords, spent time in the surrounding area to find me a new home for the studio, and he brokered a great deal with a new landlord that allowed me to move in ASAP! My wife and I were shopping from out of town and Brittany was able to arrange somewhere between 5-10 appointments on a weekend for us to view homes.Beyond just setting appointments, Brittany went above and beyond to help move the process along even when other people in the pipeline for our mortgage needs failed time and again.Brittany showed real compassion and helped push us through what I consider a nightmare of a process, due to multiple failures of other groups involved, in us finding a home and working through the realty process.I hope I never need a real estate agent again, but if I do, I will be calling Brittany!

At the time I was personally handling my own leasing but I knew if I ever had a need for someone to help me get great tenants Mark would be my guy.Fast forward to now ... I live in North Carolina and it’s been so great having an extra set of eyes on my property plus having someone willing to show prospective tenants through the building on a moments notice.
