Comment: Ross was incredible. I came to New York on a transfer visa which meant that renting a flat would be less straightforward than for US citizens. Ross understood exactly what I was looking for, and found me the flat of my dreams in 2 days, that was off the beaten track. Not only that, but he managed to overcome all the hurdles of a foreigners application. All this with kindness, empathy, generosity and professionalism. Comment: Ross was amazing. It was my first time renting an apartment in New York and he patiently walked to through the entire process. He always said we are in this together and this is exactly the way I felt. His goal is to find the perfect apartment for his clients - in terms of size, budget and neighborhood. Comment: When I first came to New York in 2016 August, I had no idea about the city and was simply in a hurry to get an apartment because I was crushing at my friends house. I had kept myself busy to get a good quality apartment with fair price but it wasnt quite easy, until I met Ross. Ross is still one of the most nice gentleman Ive met in New York. He understood my situation very well and really made me feel comfortable while showing around. And in the end, Ross got me living in this most perfect apartment I couldve imagined under my budget. I am still living in the apartment and will be extending to live longer here.
