Comment: We can’t recommend Nick Riina from Rossi & Rinna highly enough! Nick was beyond awesome to work with and made the whole process so easy and pressure free. Our search dragged on due to a low volume of properties in our area and Nick just rolled with it like a true professional. We never felt the slightest pressure from Nick to make an offer, to the point that we even saw a house or two that seemed like an okay option but Nick told us not to make an offer as ‘it wasn’t the right house for us’. Outside of Nick’s vast real estate knowledge he also has a solid background with construction/renovation so he was able to add valuable insight when we were considering properties that fell into the “fixer upper” category. During our home tours (numerous) Nick was extremely helpful in pointing out both the positives and areas of concern about a potential property. Nick was always available to answer our questions and quick to set up appointments/showings. The whole process was incredibly smooth, from the offer to the closing and Nick helped at every step of the way.

Comment: Ernie Rossi is a superb realtor. He offered great advice as to what we should do to make our house show wonderfully. He had an excellent marketing plan and followed up with every realtor who brought clients to see hour house. Average selling time in our area was 90 days, our house was under contract in 60 days during a slow time of the year. Ernie also helped to guide the process from contract to closing so we closed on time.

Comment: We cant say enough good things about Ernie Rossi. Ernie stuck with us for nearly 2 years as he showed us what seem liked every fixer upper in Chittenden County. As first time home buyers, we were clueless! But Ernie never made us feel silly or bad for asking an obvious question or wanting to see a house that Im sure he KNEW wed never buy. In all the time we spent together, Ernie never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He knows what a HUGE decision home buying is and stayed with us step for step; offering keen advice and a large dose of humor which we greatly appreciated. Once we put in a offer, Ernie guided us through the closing period to make sure we were protecting ourselves and our future property by suggesting things we never would have thought of.
