We viewed several properties, and she was knowledgeable, personable, and right on top of everything. Laura made me feel as if I was the only person on her schedule, as she was patient, really listened and never rushed me in any way. Laura was in constant contact and would answer my emails, texts and calls promptly. She also explained the processes of buying very clearly, which was greatly appreciated. Comment: Kim has been so wonderful through our selling process. Our home went under contract in 4 days but with the trouble some banks are giving buyers these days the process was 4 months. Finally closed and the weight has been lifted. Kim was so patient through the entire time and handled my stressful venting with positivity. Kim put forth so much more effort into the issues faced than she had to, pushing for answers and keeping on top of necessary parties every other day. I first contacted her about touring a few homes we found online, but as we were moving back from out of state, things were a bit crazy for us at the start. Comment: We had to sell my Moms house after her passing. Much went into getting ready to make that happen. Frankly, what I stressed the most about was the process of selling the house. We approached a neighbor who works for RE/MAX to start the process. Once I made contact I quickly heard back from Alison Calus. She asked some preliminary questions and we set up a visit. When I met Alison I was immediately put at ease. She was well prepared for the questions I had and went to great lengths to help me understand what was ahead of us. During the entire process the RE/MAX team was in touch by either email or phone. I loved the emails that advised how to prepare for certain aspects as we progressed through the sale. Alison was a pleasure to work with, great follow through and most important to me was her integrity. When we had multiple offers on the table she walked me through the aspects of each offer, never pushing one way or the other, and allowing me to make the best decision. I would highly recommend Alison to any other potential person in the market to buy or sell a home. I started out by saying I feared selling the house was going be the most stressful part. When we sold our house, John surveyed, told us what we needed to do with the house & we followed his advice. He got us more than asking price! When we purchased our home, we drove John crazy with switching on the fly what houses we wanted to see, sometimes we deviated from our plan & he let it ride.
