The property had an Agricultural Agreement with the Town which made it even more complicated. While it did take some time the EXP team stayed engaged with potential buyers and finally closed the deal with a buyer that accepted the property with no contingencies or strings attached. Commission savings wasconsiderable on an estate this size. Highly recommend them .
