Regardless, Kyle and Dylan from Seaport did not hesitate at the challenge. They almost seemed driven by it which gave me comfort in a time where the outlook of our situation looked grim.The level of support from the team and willingness to help is second to none. There were false starts from potential buyers, meetings with town officials regarding the commercial properties, tons of negotiating and an unbelievable series of events that occurred all throughout the process. Kyle and Dylan did not fade, not even once!They told me in the beginning that they would make it happen and even as I write this Im in awe that I was fortunate enough to find a team that could. Comment: I cannot recommend Veronica and Lexi at Seaport Real Estate enough. We were looking to sell our first home and previously spoke to another agent from another company who just wasnt on the same page as us. From the moment Lexi and Veronika walked into our home I knew we were in the right hands, they listened to our thoughts, our wants, and our needs. They kept us informed on what the market was doing and came up with a plan that catered to both the market and our goal for the house. They came in on weekends if need be to get additional content for marketing, always stayed in touch, all the people they use and or recommended (I.e. photographer, lawyer ect.) were professional and delivered amazing services. These ladies had our house listed and under contract in a week. Comment: We worked with Andrew OReilly purchasing a home in Old Lyme from Texas. He is more responsive and jumps to help more than any realtor Ive had in the past. My previous realtors have taken advantage of the fact that a buyer can look online now and just let the buyer find properties they are interested in. Andrew went the extra mile, tailoring his automated search to our needs and making personalized videos summarizing information about each property we were interested in. Comment: I had Victoria Schroeder sell my mothers house. She always responded to my calls or emails very quickly no matter how many I sent her asking questions. Her office was some distance away from the house but she always came to the house to help with the sale and check on it through the entire process. She was fair and up front on all aspects to sell the house more quickly. She is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of realty and the legal aspects of selling or buying a house. Comment: Joanna Konicki was amazing right from the start. As first time home buyers we had a lot to learn about the home buying process. Of course we worried about the neighborhood we would choose, the house we would buy, and how the whole process would go.Right from the start, Joanna helped to make the process an easy one. She found homes that fit what we had our hearts set on, that were in the kind of neighborhood that fit our needs, and that were in a price range we could afford. Joanna was on time to each showing, often had more information on the home for us than even the listing agent was providing, and wasnt pushy in any way. When we found the one we really wanted, Joanna did all the research, going to town hall for records and so on. She was familiar with the town and the pros and cons of the neighborhood. She worked with us and was readily available for the inspections and to answer our questions as they came up. When our lender caused some bumps along the way, Joanna stepped right in to get things back on track and keep the process moving forward. She was a huge part of my wife and I finding our dream home, our forever home. As new parents we are excited to start this next chapter in our lives and we are very fortunate we had Joannas excellent service to guide us through the process.
