He helped me navigate the oddities of signing a lease during a pandemic, all with great communication and expertise.Fast forward to 2022 and I was looking to buy in NYC. Having never been a homeowner, let alone in NYC, I wanted someone that I could trust. I knew that Shane would not only be able to effortlessly navigate me through the tedious co-op buying process, but that he would also have the patience to deal with my pickiness.After looking at a long list of apartments on the market, and seeing half of them go to bidding wars, Shane suggested that he might have a connection to someone interested in selling off market.
