Comment: My husband and I first met Tiffany Ullman of Sheppard Real Estate Group while doing a drive by to see a property that we were interested in. Tiffany Ullman offered my husband and I to come in while she was doing a showing. She was not our agent, but she still took time out to answer our questions. Following our previous experience with bad agents, she was the breath of fresh that we so badly needed. In my opinion, she is unequivocally the greatest person and real estate salesperson we’ve ever dealt with. As our buyer’s agent, Ms. Ullman worked very hard to ensure that all our needs were met and that all would go smoothly with the mortgage transaction. She was always willing to answer questions, even after hours. If she did not know the answer to our questions she would find out and get back to us. She even sent us well wishes for every holiday that came up. Because of her hard work and professionalism, the stress level that comes with purchasing a home was very minimal. We truly believe that Ms. Ullman is God sent. She is honest, proactive, knowledgeable, diligent, patient, pleasant, funny, caring, loving, hardworking, she is an effective communicator, and outstandingly professional, and so much more. At the end of it all Tiffany had become less of an agent and more of a family member. My husband and I are extremely elated with the type of service we received from Ms. Ullman and are tremendously grateful for her expertise and professionalism.

Comment: Sheppard Real Estate Group is great! Brice and Nilsa are an absolutely pleasure to work with! They were super patient and very responsive throughout the entire process of searching for homes, painstakingly going through the many homes we sent them, sending us potential homes to look at, setting up appointments, and finally during the purchase of our home. Brice was always on top of things with details, following up with the broker, lawyers, banks, etc and always a text or phone call away. He always responded to my questions immediately and was really knowledgeable about the process and comes with years of experience. I would definitely use them again in the future for either the sale of our home or purchase of another. Thanks so much!!!

With Shepard Real Estate Group, the process could not have gone more smoothly. Brice saw 21 houses with us and helped us find the perfect home for us that has everything we wanted and needed. From the search for our perfect home to the closing date, Brice and his team were there with us every step of the way to provide support and answer any of the questions we had- and we had many. Brice and his team were extremely patient and answered every question we had. Whenever we reached out we would receive a prompt response. They were in constant communication with us, explaining everything so that we understood everything that was going on and what would be coming next. There were no surprises!
