Comment: This review is for the broker, Lori Pfautsch, at Shoreline Properties. I purchased a house where she represented the seller, I myself did not have a broker as I am an attorney well-versed in real estate. Let me start by saying Lori is magnificent. I looked at approximately 50 houses and there was not a single broker who was remotely as professional and knowledgeable as Lori and her honesty is unparalleled. Even though she represented the seller, she went above and beyond assisting me through the buying process while still keeping the seller’s best interest in mind. She has an immense knowledge of the area, which not only influenced my decision but helped me prepare for what was needed to close (i.e. flood insurance in a flood zone). I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to encounter Lori and she has forever changed my view towards brokers. With Lori there is no “broker games”, only results and she will go above and beyond to achieve. I myself will only choose Lori for any selling and now even buying needs. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Lori, you will not find a better broker.

Comment: Frank Jannella and his boutique Real Estate agency are a local fixture.. I’ve never done business with him but I know several people who have and they’ve all had good experiences.. Not your average real estate agency, Jannella is extremely knowledgeable about real estate law, development and the local community..
