Comment: Let me start off this review by first expressing my gratitude to William Akleh for displaying all the following attribute and key work-ethic behaviors that have assisted me with finding a retail space for my business. After two months of doing my own retail space research with different agents, I had stumbled upon William from Sido New York Real Estate who essentially did most of the homework for me. He took it upon himself to get to know what exactly I was looking for, and the type of business I was starting up, and showed me a list of 100 potential spaces that were available. Once I had narrowed down my focus to a handful of spaces he got me access to check out those spaces, provided pricing, and also shared any other information about the space that might be of interest. Not only did he do much of the homework for me in finding a space, but he also communicated efficiently and promptly all deliberations between me and the landlords. Let’s just say that efficiency is a major attribute when working with these guys. Furthermore, once the lease was finalized, William went further to assist by finding me a notary, which he took care of the cost, and also provided me with connections to insurance agents, and also agents of phone companies for the business. The recommendations are not just mere recommendations, to be clear. Even the recommended agents were as fast and efficient as William. I had previously contacted three insurance agents to assist with finding a quote for the retail space, and William’s property insurance agent provided me with a quote within 24 hours and with a better policy and pricing. When it came time to share this information with the landlord, William and his recommendation did all the communication for me. In short, this brokerage firm is efficient, and they are better than the dozen of other brokerages that I have reached out to. They are a one stop shop for businesses that are looking to find or sell a space.

Comment: I felt so fortunate to work with William and Sido as we searched for a great space for our newest NYC Guitar School school location. William listened carefully to understand what our needs were not only in terms of space but in use, transportation and the kind of relationship we hoped to have with a prospective landlord. He did lots of pre-work so that our time looking at spaces was focused and efficient. Once we found a space he was patient, careful and attentive in helping us close a fair deal and shared his knowledge and experience to help us be aware of potential issues. I am happy to recommend Sido if you are looking for a commercial space.

I had an unusual need for my workspace and had great difficulty trying to go about the search and leasing process on my own. It was also my first time renting a professional space, which made things even more difficult.After almost two months of struggling to no avail, I stumbled upon Sidos website, and took a chance at working with a professional broker as last resort. I made the amateur mistake thinking Id be saving money going about the process myself, but quickly learned that theres a reason why you work with professionals. They save you time, money, and have an established network that will show you the best options possible. Although its a start, solely looking at Craigslist or Loopnet really limits your options and youre only seeing a fraction of the market.If youre looking for a space, and especially if this is your first time, Id wholeheartedly recommend you reach out to Sido NYRE. Steven made the process easy, fast, and really went out of his way to help me find the best option possible. I eventually ended up with a lease paying much less than what I expected and at a much better location than what I thought was possible. To add, he was very understanding that this was my first time and it was clear he really had my back the whole time trying to make the process as smooth as possible for me. Comment: Before being helped by Sido, I visited a dozen other places in Midtown listed by other brokers, and all were trying to sell me something that does not fit what I asked for or gave me false information about market prices of the area, until I emailed about wanting to visit one of the office spaces listed by Sido. The very next morning, I received a call from them telling me they have a number of spaces that might very well suit my need, and that they were happy to take me to visit each one of the places on that same day. I ended up leasing the very first space we visited that day. From the day I received the broker’s call to the day my business moved into the space took a total of 16 calendar days.This broker is far more professional than any of the other large brokers I have dealt with. They patiently resolved all my questions and concerns and helped walked me through and explained the entire process from leasing to move-in. My team and I were all pleased with their extraordinary service and care.
