Im a first time home buyer, and theyve been so understanding as I figure out everything about New York real estate. Its super important when youre buying in the city to be represented by quality brokers and these girls are quality. Id recommend them to anyone.Update: I could not be happier in my new home. It suits my needs perfectly and it has already increased in value. Comparable units in my building are already selling for 10-15% more than I paid for mine. If youre thinking about buying or selling in NYC, give them a call!

And all I can say from operating behind the scenes is that whether you’re looking for affordability and luxury, or if price is not a factor, but you just have an ideal picture in your mind of the type of luxury home you see yourself living in... then you definitely want to work with the ladies of Societe. These ladies are clearly good at what they do and I’ll preface my next comment by saying that I do not know enough about their competitors to say whether or not they are in fact the best of the best. You’ll have to decide that for yourself when you meet with them and share your experience. But what I can say is that when it comes to luxury living they have a unique ability of finding the picture perfect hidden gems that match where you’ve envisioned yourself ending your next nights and starting your mornings off in. And in my humble opinion what more could you ask for from your realtor or for your new home?
