I feel that real estate is a competitive environment however in the agency itself everyone is super friendly super helpful and we all support each other and celebrate each other’s achievements. The brokerage itself has so many development opportunities. The owner marcel brings in mortgage brokers, attorneys, architects, brand specialists, all kinds of people to do work shops and train us. He’s very invested in all of our success. You can call him anytime and ask him questions and he’s always at the office around for one on one training and advice. Which is pretty impressive considering there’s at least 80 of us. I’m a New Zealander that moved to New York only 8 months ago and I’ve found working at this brokerage has been really great for a foundation to navigate my new career and live in New York City, as i always know what to expect and I feel very well supported. It’s easy to get lost in a city as big as New York and it’s really nice to have consistency, and nice people around you to work alongside of. Joseph is definitely the buyer agent you will want on your side when the time comes to purchase your first home. I met Joseph through an appointment to see a co-op unit in Bay Ridge and I could immediately sense his level of professionalism. During the appointment he was very warm, welcoming and above all else, knowledgeable. He pointed out certain aspects of the unit that I should be cognizant of as a first-time buyer. Joseph was very attentive during the visit as he does his due diligence prior to showing so that he can provide his clients with the most current and accurate information. Joseph even took the initiative to show me a second unit nearby that he felt deserved my attention. While I loved this second unit, Joseph continued to show me more apartments in order to make sure my decision was the correct one.Once the purchase process began, Joseph was on hand to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. He made sure that the different parties were well coordinated and talking with each other and advised me on the timeline of events. He kept me appraised of current and developing events which assuaged any anxiety I had over the whole process. Due to unforeseen external factors, our deal was in jeopardy, but Joseph continued to be supportive and continued to search for a solution for all parties. I dont know how many clients she was working with at the time, but we felt like VIP clients with a personal agent. She learned our schedule and scheduled open houses that worked for us. I checked the company website prior to joining, and appreciated how educational it was for the agents, and informative for potential clients looking to sell or purchase a property. I was really impressed with Marcel Bellucci the Broker and his commitment and dedication to being the best in the business. Since joining SPiRALNY, there are regular one on one sales training as well sales meetings with other professionals in the industry, to keep agents informed and up to date on what is happening in the NY real estate market. Comment: I rarely take the time to fill out these reviews, but Marcel Bellucci was incredible as both a broker and a person for my wife and I as we searched to buy our first apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He was there with us every step of the way and we always felt he was always operating with our best interests in mind.
