Comment: Im greatly satisfied with the service John and Steven provided me throughout the whole rent process. They were very informative and accommodating. Even though its my first time renting the place, everything was smooth sailing, especially in these uncertain times. I love the place as well! Definitely recommend them.

Comment: Had less than a month to move out and needed to find a 1 bedroom in Queens. Steven was able to show me a decent priced apartment in Kew Gardens the same day I called. He was with me from beginning to end. After I moved in, he checked to make sure everything went well and recommended cable service. If I ever need an apartment in the future, I wont hesitate to contact again.
