After contacting Steven about my situation, he had two vacancies for me to look at within days. After selecting the second apartment, Steven then helped me to get all the paperwork in order. I was very particular and had a checklist of what we were looking for, and Steven somehow got it all for us. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and on top of everything, which made the process of buying our first home such an easy process. I really appreciated that he was very thorough, informative, and explained everything in detail of what was needed throughout this process and is definitely an expert and passionate about what he does, which is rare to find these days. He even gave us great advice and recommendations for inspectors, real estate attorneys, what we needed to do to get a mortgage, and information for first time home buyers (STAR program), which I wasnt aware of.
