Comment: We had a wonderful experience with Stevens Real Estate and Gary Warden, our realtor, when we were searching for a second home upstate. Gary and Lindsey made us feel right at home from our first meeting with them. Gary is personable, down-to-earth, and extremely knowledgeable about both the local towns and home construction. He listened to and understood what we were looking for. He was able to guide and advise us through each home we viewed. When our offer was accepted, he did a lot of behind-the-scenes work with phone calls and checking up on parts of the process, and he was always available to call or text. Gary is definitely on top of things and a realtor to trust! He knows his stuff and will work hard for his clients. He even was able to set us up with people we needed, like a home inspector and an electrician, and he was with us every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable and informed. Comment: We recently purchased our first home with Gary Warden as our realtor and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Gary was responsive from the get go, always down to see any house, and never pushed us to go over budget. In this competitive market you need someone who can fight for you and is also willing to be honest and Gary provides both of those elements seamlessly. As it was our first time house hunting, Gary encouraged us to see many options and had the patience of a saint as we traveled all over the Hudson Valley looking for the right fit. When we did find the perfect house, he worked quickly to make sure it would be ours. No question was too silly and he made us so comfortable through the whole process. He’s also just a great guy to chat with so each meeting was enjoyable! We’ve already sent his info to friends for their future home needs. We can’t recommend working with him enough!

It was an experiment, in case I want to turn over rental management to an agency in the future, and I was very satisfied. Due to the nature of the estate sale and number of siblings involved it was a very complicated process, however Bruce and the staff at Stevens handled everything with ease and negotiated a top dollar cash sale price for our family home. The level of profesionalism and communication were second to none. They are hands down the best boutique brokerage in the Hudson Valley! Comment: My wife and I couldnt be happier with property manager Paul Oakley. Very personable, promptly returns any calls or email inquires or questions. Any repairs than need to be done are handled quickly and at lower costs than we would have expected. He is great as is the office staff. Anytime we have needed clarification or copies of something it was done quickly and with a smile. My wife and I both recommend Paul and Stevens Realty to anyone with rental property.
