Comment: We met Brooke in a totally accidental manner when inquiring about an old property in the Mad River Valley. Our conversation was comfortable immediately, and her genuine interest in us as people made it easy to talk about real estate. She asked if we were looking and was not annoyed or disappointed when I said the time was not right. Well, after a longer conversation we ended up looking at a house she had listed right next to Mad River Glen ski area. It took a good six months, but Brooke nurtured us and helped us make perhaps the best business decision of our lives. We are now owners of a wonderful second home, but more importantly we have made a friend for life. Brooke took care of us as people first, and that made it easy for us to be clients. From start to finish she was as professional as you could ever want, and more personal than we had any right to expect. Brooke is the best real estate agent weve ever worked with, period.

Comment: Barb Mitchell was our agent for the purchase of our first condo at Sugarbush recently. She’s a local who knows all the little details about the area that really make a difference when deciding on a home. She even walked us (literally) through the ski-in/ski-out options of different units! I swear she knows the entire history of every home on the mountain. She’s highly professional and values honesty and relationships in her business practice. After the transaction we stayed friends and love talking about our dogs. :)
