Comment: I expect professionalism from any agent, but Brooke offers much more than that. Of course, she covers the basics any professional would – as first time buyers, she walked us through the process, capably handled all our follow-up questions, put us in touch with good lawyers, inspectors and construction people, and talked about the rental potential of our property. The key differentiator, though, is her generosity – with her time and patience (we spent two years looking); with her understanding (she put 1-2 houses before us that really fit our criteria, but something intangible was missing) and with her keen desire to make sure you become part of the community. Years after the deal, we still stay in touch and she is always, ALWAYS willing to lend a helping hand. Thanks Brooke!
