She was a pleasure to deal with, business like as well as friendly and accommodating. I was an absentee landlord as well as an out of state landlord and all the details of getting to the point of sale of my building would have been nearly impossible for me if it were not for Connies help. It didnt matter when or how many times that we spoke, she was cordial, accommodating and in good spirit and she offered her expert advice and help like going to lock/unlock doors for letting repair people to gain access or for a thousand other reasons. As I see Raymond around Valley Stream and as well since Sung and Associates have a well situated office, they were one of my top picks when considering the sale of my property. They gave me a good rate as well. I did not work closely with Raymond as I expected but whenever he was available, he was keeping me up-to-date.
