Comment: I cant say enough good things about working with this apartment company! The details on the building are lovely and the apartment is beautiful. I came from an apartment with a lot of noise pollution from the other apartments and the lack of noise here is wonderful!The rent payment app is easy to use and Ken, our property manager, has gone above and beyond to make the moving process smooth! I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness in providing wedges to keep the doors open while moving and the small welcome gift that included treats for my dog.

Comment: I live in the Bevier Memorial Building in Rochester with my small family. We moved in two months ago, and I cant say enough good things about living here in this community. The building is very well maintained, our apartment is gorgeous, and the people who live here are extremely generous. A special shoutout to Ken, our property manager, who always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents have a pleasant experience during their time here.

Comment: Grew up at Jefferson with my dad and we just recently moved since I graduated highschool the building was beautiful and they constantly remodeled. I felt safe all of the time and listened to. Maintence was very fast whenever needed and the office always responded promptly. If my dad was savvy enough he would have left a great review as well. Comment: We love living in the Bevier building. The Bragdon architecture is amazing and restoration was beautifully done. The apartments are nicely laid out we love our two bedroom layout so much we have an extended long term lease. The building is quiet and very friendly. Ken Price is a very pleasant and careful caretaker of the building and is always fast to take action if something happens in the building or parking lot . It faces city pocket parks that we folks enjoy.

Comment: I live at a Sutton Real Estate Property in Rochester, NY. This building and grounds are always maintained to the highest levels. Its easily the cleanest and sharpest looking property Ive ever lived in. The management company provides an easy way to pay bills online, schedule payments, and contact them if anything is needed. The people they put in charge of their properties is one of the selling features of this property, along with the upkeep of this historic building. While I can only speak of this apartment in Rochester, I wouldnt wait on viewing this property or others within their portfolio. Hope this helps.

Comment: I’ve been living in the Hidden Valley Apartment’s for almost 2 years now. It is a lovely development with great people, I have had no issues. The property manager, Nikki, it’s absolutely wonderful, she is very on top of everything that goes on. Maintenance is easy to get ahold of and are QUICK in handling any problems that may occur. I am so happy that when I relocated to the Syracuse area that I found this apartment, everyone is fantastic!

Comment: I have lived in the Bevier Memorial Building in downtown Rochester for three years and it has been by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Management is very attentive to the tenants and gets any issues resolved very quickly. The building is incredibly well maintained, quiet, and secure. A property manager that lives on-site makes sure all residents are taken care of including shoveling sidewalks and plowing the lot during the winter. I would recommend anyone to live here that is considering living in Rochester.

Comment: Living at a Sutton Real Estate apartment complex has been amazing. I was recommended the complex by a friend and Im so glad I listened to them. When I first reached out about renting they were flexible about the start date of the lease. While living here the complex manager has been polite and helpful around every turn. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly, and the workers themselves are very respectful of your space while in the apartment. Communal spaces are always clean, on site amenities are conveniently located, and parking is never an issue. Rent is also competitive compared to other apartments in the same neighborhood.

Tony, the maintenance guy, was incredibly polite and always ready to assist.The property itself was in excellent condition and well-maintained. Regular inspections ensured a safe living environment. Comment: Been living here for 7 years in two different units. Started in a 1bdr and then moved into an updated 2 bdr in 2020. Great property! Well maintained and quiet. Alicia (property manager) and Mike (head of maintenance) have always been kind, very responsive and accommodating to me. The complex was built some time ago so buildings themselves arent the newest and sometimes require attention and repair, but they are aware of this and do their best to rectify issues as quickly as possible. The rent prices are also incredibly reasonable! I have been quite content living here!
