Comment: I worked with Kristina in the acquisition of a one family in Staten Island, NY and the entire process was very smooth. She was always very flexible and prompt to respond to any questions, concerns, or requests. Even though there were a few bumps during the process due to a frozen broken pipe in the house, which happened while we were in contract. Which, made us be in contract for longer than expected. She did everything in her power to help communication between sellers and me (buyer). She went out of her way to accommodate what was needed so we could complete the purchase. Not only our agent - Alex - provided us with all information needed to start our search, but also shared valuable resources required to close our deal quick and smoothly. After sending us few contenders, we were able to narrow down our search and make an offer, which was presented properly and accepted by the seller. Even though deal was not conventional, process went through smoothly and we were able to close in 60 days after signing the contract. The Team has years of industry experience at their fingertips, which they certainly used to sell my family’s side hall colonial located in Eltingville, Staten Island.The process started with Kristina bringing her professional interior designer Roxana to walk through the house taking pictures. The concept of this is called “staging” designed to make suggestions to the home owner on how to make the space more appealing to different types of buyers. I implemented all of their suggestions, which were not expensive and made a big positive impact. The next step was the photographer taking photos and a video using a drone. The photographer even rollerbladed through our house to add to the video.The house hit the market and we were amazed on how many families came to check it out. The marketing that the team used was top notch in drawing many people’s interest. We finally found a buyer. The buyers attorney added some road blocks however with Kristina’s help we were able to negotiate and come to an agreement, which got us to the closing table without any issues. I tip my hat to Kristina and her KG Team of DeFalco Realty. I call this a white glove real-estate experience.

I’ve heard horror stories with friends and their RAs which never made sense to me because you need to develop some level of trust between one another to really make an already tedious process seem less stressful.Lindsey helped me find a multi family home on Staten Island and often went above and beyond to notify me of anything I needed to know and also research things I didn’t understand.We saw apx. 20 homes together and was able to get close to my bidding offer. Lindsey helped me understand each step of the process and what to expect, and consistently communicated with all parties of the process even when I was supposed to. I honestly would’ve given up if it wasn’t for her. She was very patient, kind, personable, and honest.
