He was responsive to my emails/calls and quick to resolve issues. He even dealt with my most difficult tenant with great ease. That I cant thank him enough for.He is a straight talker who does not fluff things. I got exactly what we agreed my property was worth and in the time frame that he said it would take.Tarek is a peoples person with a great personality. I always felt, heard, understood, and at ease knowing he was looking out for my best interest.Selling my familys home which we owned since 1973 was not easy for me but having Tarek on board from start to finish was a true blessing. Comment: We recently sold our single-family brownstone in Hoboken.Tarek really took the time to thoroughly review the property, walk us through his marketing strategy, and was there every step of the way. His team was awesome as well.In addition to helping stage our home, he recommended contractors to complete some lingering projects. His recommendations were great, and Tarek was available any time we needed help, both coordinating scheduling and reviewing the completed work.While we weren’t necessarily surprised with the number of showings, given the market, I was very impressed with Tarek’s ability to negotiate the offers we received. He was very creative, getting us a stronger price than we anticipated and also negotiated very favorable Use & Occupancy terms.Once we got closer to the expected closing date, it started to become evident that the buyers were falling behind on some of their contract deadlines. Apparently, the buyers’ agent completely flaked and wasn’t there to keep them on schedule. We also had some challenges with communication from our attorney. Tarek immediately stepped up to help us close in an acceptable time frame. We otherwise most likely would have looked to cancel the contract given timing constraints that we had on a home we were concurrently looking to purchase.I’ve always personally questioned how much value a real estate agent could add, to what I thought was a straight forward transaction, but Tarek proved to be an exception. We truly couldn’t have closed a deal like this without him!

Comment: Worked with Tarek and Alison to list my condo on Garden St in Hoboken. Came to our initial meeting prepared after seeing the space. Things moved very quickly and they were able to help put me in touch with a few people to do some minor things to the condo (paint touch-up, etc.). Tarek kept me updated on where we were throughout the process and was always readily available. I would definitely work with them again or would refer them to my friends and family.

Comment: Due to a recent change in employment, I was considering relocating but had not taken any serious steps towards putting a move into action. One late afternoon, in September 2021, I received a knock on my door. On the other side of the door was Tarek Hassieb. Although a bit apprehensive, I decided to listen to what he had to say, or in my mind, listen to what he had to “sell.” It was then when I learned Tarek was a realtor. Coincidence? After a brief discussion, we scheduled to have a more robust conversation about the possibility of selling my home and other concerns. Approximately two weeks later, Tarek answered all of my questions and developed a strategic plan to sell my home. Before exiting my home, a contract was signed to sell my home with Liberty Realty as the listing agency. The first showing resulted in an offer higher than the listing price. Beknowest to me, I accepted the offer from an extremely difficult set of buyers, who were unrealistic and greedy. These buyers made the joys of selling my first home a very negative experience; however, Tarek supported me every step of the way. He advised me whenever necessary, listened when I needed to vent, consoled me I was having an emotional breakdown; strongly advocated on my behalf, kept his word, and brought the transaction back to the table twice. There were many days and nights where the sale of my seemed impossible but with my tenacity and Team Tarek’s support, we did it. On 11/23/21, I was able to sell my home and purchase a new home in another state. If you are looking for a realtor to help you buy or sell a home, Tarek is your guy. He is honest, fair, loyal, and will not disappoint.

Comment: I worked with Fritzie Goldenberg to find a 1 bedroom apartment in Hoboken, NJ. Fritzie was wonderful to work with. I had some non-negotiable must haves and Fritzie found all the best options for me so I didnt have to compromise. The best units go so quickly in Hoboken, so I was worried about losing out on the one I wanted to another applicant but Fritzie worked SO quickly to ensure I didnt lose out. We saw my current apartment at 10:30 AM and by 2 PM, I was signing a lease! I was so happy with her communication and work ethic and I highly recommend working with her.

I had just graduated from college and it was the first time I ever had to look for an apartment. Whats even more is that we were both out of state and were not in a position to see apartments in person. Comment: If youre looking for a trustworthy person to sell your house Tarek from Liberty Realty is your man. I have never been in the position to sell a home before and didnt know what would lie ahead. Tarek gave me the assurance that I needed. He told me he would handle all my questions going forward: such as Tarek put all my anxiety and fears to rest. He had multiple agencies from several counties bringing their prospective clients to view my property. It was a miracle, but I was fortunate to have had all these prospective clients who were able to come in and view my home because I unfortunately had to go out of state for a few months due to this Covid Pandemic. Totally unexpectedly I received a phone call from Tarek saying I believe I have great news for you, I am quite sure I have a buyer for your home! He had contacted many of the clients who had already been through my home and have come across a wonderful family who was thrilled to know it was for sale!
