Comment: I have a relative who knew Susanna Hof❤️ as a young man. Walter chipper Ray who worked in what used to be the former Station Square Flower Shop right next door at 8 Greenway Terrace and even worked for the West Side Tennis Club landscaping some of the very first US Opens and Station Square itself, when Althea Gibson was the first African American to win a trophy. I honestly wish Susanna would come out of retirement! 🙏She was the historian of the area. She has helped to preserve the history and rich legacy of beautiful courageous heroines like philanthropist Margaret Olivia Slocum Sage, When I move back to the Gardens. I want to start a petition to commission a statue erected to her in Station Square. Every time I walk into The majestic Station Square I feel Margaret Sages presence envelop me with a warm embrace. Forget about the fictitious Peter Parker (who allegedly lived on 20 Ingram Street (since one mere mention in an 1990 issue.) Margaret Sage created the Gardens along with two transcendent geniuses Fred Olmstead Jr and Grosvenor Atterbury, my architectural hero!, when she funded an endowment from Russells inheritance and bought 660 acres from the Cord Meyer Corporation -Just based on a book she read called Modern Garden Cities. 💓One of the first evidences of urban City planning in America. The former land of the King of Farmers Ascan Bacchus. As well as Hopedale on Union turnpike bordering Kew Gardens and white Pot. Actually whiteput. The former Remsen family farm. The Remsens whom I adore and honor are the very reason why we as Americans remain free because they proudly fought against the British as loyalists under George Washington during the American Tevolution. And yes Robert Hof is very gracious every time I enter his office. And I love Sebastian and Jessica! ❤️ They dont treat me like a freak just because I have cuts into my skull and dents from two brain operations. And Veronika Bondereva is super professional elegant and gracious, The quintessential Station Square real estate agent and a welcome addition along with James Navarrette. And I love the original Forest Hills Gardens map on the side of their agency. A real eye-opener. 👀

Comment: Working with Terrace Sotheby’s was one of the best decisions my family and I ever made. They were nothing but professional, responsive and were able to sell our house timely and for a great price! Sebastian and Dolores are the best. I would definitely work with them again.
