Comment: Ann was absolutely great. She came to our home and gave tips/advice on how to get it ready for listing, she was very communicative all throughout the process and she made sure to do everything in her hands to help us sell our house. We got multiple offers on our home, and she went through each one of them with us, making sure we knew all the pros and cons of each offer. We sold our home for WAY above asking price, and we are really appreciative of all her hard work. We did close incredibly late on our house sale, however that was due to things that were really out of Ann’s control as a real estate agent. She was wonderful- hire her!!
