Comment: Working with Jeannie and Todd was an absolutely fantastic experience. They helped us find our new home and sold our home we had been in for more than 30 years. We contacted them well before we were ready to sell our home and they never pressured us to change our timetable. They did contact us twice when they thought the market conditions were right to sell. We werent ready the first time and they respected our decision. When they contacted us a year later based on their read of the market, we listed and had about 75 interested parties tour the house in the first four days on the market. We had multiple offers and accepted an offer well above our asking price. They were absolutely right about the market conditions.Jeannie was a joy to work with and did everything we could have asked for (and more) in getting our house ready for sale. Comment: Todd and Jeannie are a wonderful team! They helped us to sell our parents house. From the start to the end, Todd and Jeannie guided us through the process, supported us along the way. The best thing from Todd & Jeannie is their effective communication. Any time we texted/called, Todd/Jeannie responded within 15 minutes or so. The team was transparent in giving us the current market, the house condition status to help us to understand in pricing the house. Jeannie paid attention to the details before the photo shoot. The day before the photo shoot, she came over, went room to room to make sure its ready. She even helped us cleaning and brought her bush trimmer to trim our front-yard bush. The team had not just one or two but eight open houses on every weekend until we got an offer. After each open house, Todd/Jeannie gave us a call to provide us with buyers feedbacks and insightful information. Todds negotiation skill is excellent. Comment: My brother and I chose Todd Auslander of Keller Williams Prestige Properties to be our real estate agent to help sell the house we inherited from my mother after an internet search by my brother found Todd listed as the top real estate agent in Stamford.I called him and we met at the house. He was impressed with the renovations I had done. My brother and I next met with Todd and Jeannie Kasindorf of his office over Zoom as my brother does not live in the area.We were impressed with them and signed a listing agreement right away. They told us we could probably sell the house in a week. We agreed on an asking price.Jeannie helped me stage the house, moving some rugs to the garage and getting rid of some knick-knacks to have it looking most appealing. Next they came with a photographer who took some beautiful pictures. They also did some virtual staging of the basement room. Then the property was listed on the usual real estate sites.The house was listed on a Thursday, we had an open house on Sunday and we had seven offers by Monday, all over asking price.They were very professional and friendly, communicating regularly with me by text from the time of the listing until the time of the closing. Id use them a 4th time if only theyd move with me to MA They give fabulous advice and provide the info you need to make decisions. And they listen! When I was frustrated at the inventory available to buy and tired of looking, I was willing to settle and buy a place that was OK but not great. Even though it was in Jeannies self-interest to wrap up a transaction, she reminded me of what I had said I really wanted and encouraged me to keep looking.
