Comment: If I could, I would give John Papp 6 stars! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate, helpful, patient, goes above and beyond and truly cares about making his clients happy. He always made himself available and responded quickly to any questions. His background in construction is a great asset to understand how much work and investment a property requires. He tells it like it is and is a model of honesty and integrity. John isnt pushy, he gives you the necessary time to think things true, lets you make up your own mind about a property but is willing to give you his honest feedback. Unlike other brokers he doesnt just want to close a deal, but truly wants you to find your dream home. Like no one else, he would point out potential problems or opportunities with different properties and truly listened to what I was looking for. Being an artist I had very particular and unusual requirements, but John was up for the challenge. The closing was smooth sailing thanks to his advice and negotiations skills and once the house was bought he did an amazing job installing new floors for us. He has my complete trust all things real estate and gets my highest recommendation, you can consider yourself very lucky to work with him, as Im sure you will receive exceptional service. Comment: Without a doubt an exceptional company with exceptional leadership. John Papp is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute gentleman. He has a clear understanding of the market, of his clients, and of each deal. I was very fortunate to find him for my home purchase (a purchase which I can say is one of the best things I ever did). He went above and beyond in every respect, in terms of being available, patient, dedicated, and tough when needed. We found a unique property that provoked a bidding war, and he handled all of it expertly and got me into my dream house. He also prevented the closing from being delayed, ensured that the place was a solid find (he has a background in contracting so he really knows how to assess the bones of a property- huge bonus for someone helping you buy a home), and I could tell that he genuinely cared that I felt satisfied and content with everything once it was said and done. He is unique in that he cares about the clients experience and satisfaction, not just making a deal. And he never wasted my time, something that I value highly as a NY based surgeon (with very little time and very high expectations). I have sent him multiple friends, all of whom have successfully found what they needed, and are also beyond happy with their purchases. John is also a special person with a special approach to managing his team, one that creates loyalty and fosters hard work. I wouldnt use any other service or trust anyone who doesnt work at this brokerage. You just dont know what youre getting otherwise.
