Comment: I was introduced to Bianca and her team with an objective of selling an estate house of my deceased mother. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism, accurate knowledge of the local market, her superior handle on the estate sale process, and her access to a wide range of sale-related services. The latter were extremely important since as an executor, I had to handle the prep for the sale, the clean-out process, various repairs and the on-going maintenance of the property remotely. All expectations were not only met but exceeded. True to her representations she arranged for the house to be fixed and prepped for the listing, listed the property as promised, and marketed the property vigorously. In no time, she surfaced a number of buyers and was able to complete the negotiation on the sale within a week of the listing - all this in a somewhat weak market due to rapidly rising interest rates. Throughout the subsequent stages of contract management and buyer financing, she stayed very close to the process ensuring prompt identification and resolution of any issues. She truly did an outstanding job in representing best interest of the seller/estate. Comment: My experience with the Bianca Colasuonno team and especially Bianca herself can only be described as “exceptional “ I was visiting my sister in Queens ,NYC and my sister was concerned about”a few areas of concern” which she knew I would be interested in as we both own the house. To my dismay, I was shown multiple areas of damaged,deteriorating fixtures especially the ceiling. I was at a loss on what could be done to resolve this amount of work needing repair. Fortunately, just across the street was a sign listing Bianca’s company which I called. Her office was extremely pleasant and the next day came to the house to assess the magnitude of the problem. Unfortunately it was felt by her inspection that considering the magnitude of the multiple problems that selling the house”as is” would be the prudent thing to do. Although initially shocked by this report, after Bianca explained to my sister and myself how involved the repairs may be it was decided that this solution would be the best. I believe that it was only due to the wonderful, caring attitude and knowledge of Bianca and the amount of time spent with us that we proceeded with her recommendations. She arranged to have multiple buyers come to the house ,put us in touch with a great real estate lawyer and had unlimited patience with questions we had. We were able to sell the house in a timely manner with very little drama. Consider the effort required to put together this real estate deal was truely remarkable. Comment: Albi did a great job representing my wife and me in the sale of our Kew Gardens co-op. We were referred to him by the realtor who was representing us in the purchase of a house upstate and we werent sure what to expect, but from the first contact he proved to be personable, responsive and knowledgeable. We held off on formally engaging him until we had a contract signed for the house we were purchasing, but he came to view our apartment and meet us the Sunday after we were under contract, had a photographer at our apartment within a couple of days after that (Albi oversaw the very thorough photoshoot and helped get some great shots), and pushed the photographer to turnaround edits quickly at our request so that we could list the apartment that same week. Albi suggested a reasonable listing price that likely helped to attract a few more buyers than we may have gotten with a higher list price, and we received multiple offers within the first two weeks which ended up yielding a price we were happy with. We accepted an offer and entered into contract with a buyer, but when that buyers financing fell through more than a month later Albi stuck with us and helped us navigate the stressful and delicate situation, getting one of the initial buyers back to the table and under contract with us. Albi was very responsive throughout the whole process and helped put us at ease in spite of the bumps that we encountered on the road along the way. Weve already recommended him to a few of our former neighbors and will continue to do so. Thanks for everything Albi!!!

The first time we spoke, he asked questions that you would never hear from other agents -- he wants to know who you really are, what you really want and what makes you happy -- not just the amount of your paycheck and the size of your savings account.Albi was happy to take as much time as I needed to discuss the pros and cons of each place. He was more than patient if I wanted other people to see the apartments. He went out of his way to schedule multiple visits, never hurried us along or made me feel like I was taking too much of his time, and he never tried to oversell an apartment. I always felt like I was working with an ally, not just an intermediary in a transactional ordeal. By the end of January, Albi had shown me half a dozen places and I was ready to make my offer. He guided me through that process, and by Feb. 5 I had a signed contract and we were ready to roll.
