We worked with Kayla throughout the process and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Our house was under contract in a little over a week and we got our offer accepted on the home we fell in love with ! It was a stressful process with the offer on our new home with the contingency of the sale of our current come but Kayla was always there to reassure us throughout the process. She was always prompt in responding to any questions and concerns we had . She helped us get top dollar for the home we sold and helped us come up with a solid offer to place on our dream home . The admins with the Heenan team are also great getting all the information to our lender as soon as they needed it. Comment: My wife and I are like most people in as much as we know what we want and at times keeping within budget is a challenge. We started our search for a new home with a list of items on our check list that we initially had Zillow produce likely properties. We met Suzanne at one of these properties as she had the listing of the property we wanted to see. We knew at some stage we needed an agent to at least help us in closing. However, Suzanne made it her task to find us that dream home we wanted and immediately began to generate list of bones in addition to those we had seen on Zillow. She created us an account on her employers web site (Bill Heenan), setup daily search alerts and had several properties ready for us to see. Suzanne, drove us across Connecticut from one area to another for weeks. She never once complained how long it was taking for us to find that right home, she simply worked like a horse strapped to a cart! She made sure we continued our journey and didnt falter, at times we very nearly did, but Suzanne had another list of homes ready for us to visit. Finally, we found that home at a price we could afford, and she continued by our side right up to the closing day. We cannot express how professional, diligent, and of course persistent helping us achieve our goal. I have to admit, we were a little hesitant at the beginning of the process knowing that Kayla was rather new to the business.However, Kayla alleviated any concerns right away. I am a lender, so I have dealt with realtors to a certain extent in the past. I would put Kayla right up there with anyone I have worked with.Kayla was responsive, attentive to detail and incredibly professional throughout the process. Comment: Bill and his team helped me with two recent transactions, the purchase of a home and the sale of an unimproved piece of land.The home purchase was a short sale and required a lot of patience while waiting for the bank approval.
