Comment: I’m leaving this review as a past member of the Bishop Team. In 2019 I was at a point in my real estate career where I wondered if I had what it takes to succeed. I always had to have a second or third job as a safety net as I couldn’t figure out how to turn the corner in real estate. As a last ditch effort I decided that maybe joining a team would be the way to go, and immediately thought of the Bishop Team and reached out Cristin. I thought it was just going to be all about getting leads from Cristin and getting more paychecks. While that was very true, it actually turned out to be SO much more than that. I learned the hour to hour habits of top producing realtors, traveled to different cities across the country for real estate conventions, participated in charity events and had more fun than I can fit into this review.I eventually took what I learned and went out on my own when the time was right and now Im exactly where I imagined I would be when I got my real estate license. Wouldn’t change a thing about the experience if I could.

Comment: We thought we were in our forever home that Cristin helped us purchase 7 years ago. Then plans changed and we decided to pack up the family and move out of state. We didn’t know where to start, but knew contacting Cristin was all we needed. She made the process easy and even helped setup a contact in Alabama for our new home. I would be lying if I wasn’t nervous with the list price that I thought it was too low. Cristin said to trust her and that’s why we went to her. From our initial conversation to 3 weeks later, we had 54 private showings, 71 groups through the open house and 41 offers after the house was on the market less than a week. Christin took the stress of going out of state to look for our new home with a signed contract $145,000 over asking price. We have no regrets with our decision and would recommend Cristin to anyone. In fact we did and my Mom was just as happy a few years ago.

Our home was on the market for less than one week and we had numerous offers and sold at a price that was well over expectations. Purchasing a home was a difficult process however, Jimmy was patient and really listened to our requests. In the end, we could not be happier with our decision!

Comment: I did not personally have a realty need but my mentor who is a senior citizen did. Cristin is well known and respected in our community and recommended by others. I have had the pleasure of getting to know her recently. I referred my mentor to her for help in selling a residential lot in another town. There was some confusion and apparently they were already under contract with someone else but things were not moving along. She took the time to help him even though she knew there was nothing in it for her. She was just grateful that she could help him. It says a lot about somebody personally and professionally that would go out of their way to help somebody free of charge. I would recommend her to anyone. When I need a realtor in the future, I will be sure to use Cristin.
