Comment: I am writing this review specifically about the agent I worked with--Simonne Hill. I got in contact with Simonne in mid-April about a month and a half before I moved to NYC. She asked what I was looking for, immediately provided me with tons of options, and responded to my million emails when I bombarded her with questions. I took a trip to NYC in early May specifically to look at apartments in person. On day 1 Simonne showed me exactly what I was looking for and when I had a roommate bail that same day, she quickly changed our itinerary for day 2 and was able to show me 2-bedroom apartments. I was NOT anticipating this change but while I was panicking Simonne had it handled! During that short trip, I met with other agents from other realty groups, but I chose to continue working with Simonne over the others. She was quick to respond, she always kept my budget and requirements in mind, and she wasnt pushy which I very much appreciated! Due to personal circumstances, I wasnt able to get an apartment right away. I ended up moving to NYC in late May and for the first two weeks, I was in an Airbnb, scrambling to find housing. In that time I met with Simonne a few more times. Again, she showed me lots of apartments that fit all my requirements and was able to find us the perfect apartment in no time! Comment: We have been working with Matthew on the purchase of our first co-op and can 100% attest to him being a 5-star agent! Unable to find a place and unhappy with our broker my husband and I were ready to give up. In a last ditch effort, we searched and came across one of Matts listings on Zillow. We reached out and he was able to get us a viewing scheduled for the next day. We were so impressed by diligence, professionalism and charisma that we asked he represent us. We couldn’t have made a better decision; he has been extraordinarily helpful in every phase of the process. Matt is the kind of guy you want to work with, especially if you are a new and inexperienced buyer such as myself. He will walk you through the entire process and will make it as painless as possible. For financing he put us in touch with one of his broker contacts who was able to get us approved for a grant program that covered our closing costs. Nobody could have prepared us for how tedious and exhausting the process of purchasing a co-op was but Matt has surely make it tolerable and sometime a little fun. He always greeted us with a bright smile or a contagiously upbeat e-mail. Right now we are in the process of having our board package reviewed and will hopefully close soon, it’s great to know we will continue to see Matt in the neighborhood.

Afterward, we connected and we went through what my real needs were - with buying my first home. He made the entire process easier - breaking it down into steps. After a quick phone call to discuss our ‘wish list’, Matthew was able to show us a few listings that fell within our price range, and the final apartment we viewed turned out to be the perfect fit.What put Matthew and his team apart from other agencies was his knowledge of the area, honesty, professionalism and responsiveness. After picking our apartment, there were many factors outside of our control (legal hurdles, scheduling difficulties, etc.) which resulted in us waiting 8 months to purchase our apartment. Comment: Our experience working with Matthew was easier and way more positive than we could have ever hoped. We had been hopelessly wandering through open-houses with some idea about what we wanted but no idea how to find it. As first time homebuyers, we were a little confused and anxious about the process until we found Matthew and the Bizzarro Agency. Comment: Working with Matthew was amazing! I met him last July when I went to a property he was representing. We clicked right away and I didnt hesitate to have him help me buy this particular property, even though he was representing the owner.
