She helped us find the perfect home for us and traveled all over the local area to show us houses that we were interested in. Our closing process was difficult for outside reasons, but Irene was stalwart and steadfast in helping in any way she could to help our closing happen successfully. When I was looking for a house, I wasnt ready and everytime I found something I want to look at Carol would always find time to show me around. Her cheerfulness and that big smile would greet me everytime I am to look at a house. She is also very patient and not pushy, she gives good advice and let you make your own decision. If she feels it is not a good choice, she will definately let you know. Carol found the lender and the lawyer, all of whom are just wonderful people. My closing was a breeze, even after I bought my house about two and a half years ago I still call Carol for advice and information on a reasonable person to build my sunroom. She is a wealth of resouce.
