Comment: Selling or buying a property is not an easy process, especially if you dont have a good realtor on your side. I was fortunate enough to have Amy and Charly from Exit Realty Team. Amy was very attentive to my needs from day one and constantly check with me and contacted me w/ any new information. Charly was also available any time i called and will go to the apartment to show it or if anything was needed to be checked. It took 6 long months from the time a buyer made an offer to the the day of closing which was a nightmare having to deal all the red tape of coops in New York. Comment: An agent service supplied me with info for two realty teams. I contacted the first, who told me my apartment was unsellable in its current condition, that I would have to clear everything out, move out, get the carpets and wallpaper torn up, clean, repaint, possibly polish/wax the floors... All of this in my situation would have been difficult. This was my first ever experience in real estate, though, and the realtor seemed to know what he was talking about. Lucky for me, I next contacted Charlie, Amy and Gloria Chang.They assured me that with my apartments size and location, they could find a qualified buyer at the price I wanted within a few months, which was exactly what happened. The process went so smoothly and efficiently. I was able to stay in the apartment till closing, and beyond basic tidying up, very little needed to be done to start showing. I was able to handle organizing and packing at my own pace. Their understanding and sensitivity to my needs was very much appreciated.Gloria was such a great support to me during the process. She was super-flexible about my availability to show and so communicative, keeping me updated throughout and wanting to understand my needs in each situation and how best to accommodate them. During our conversations, both Charlie and Amy were able to respond to all of our concerns directly, particularly when it came to determining a fair value for our home in todays market.
