Comment: I met Charlie over 2 years before I actually needed a real estate agent. Dreary rainy day, he had two spec homes for sale and I wandered in. He couldn’t have been more gracious even though I was just looking at that time. Charlie kept in touch as I navigated through divorce, prepping my house for sale, and the crazy Covid market until I was actually ready to buy…and I needed to find a house quick! He was patient and understanding about my desires including kitchen cabinets that went all the way to the ceiling and a great yard for my dog. Comment: Charlie was instrumental in helping us relocate and find our new home. He made a daunting process do-able. We really appreciated that Charlie was always in our corner, giving us insight into how things work in the local real estate market, making sure that we considered things that we overlooked or didn’t know about (being from out of town), and making sure we were informed about options.He is very organized and either he or his staff were always available when we needed to reach out. He is always punctual, professional, friendly and most importantly - is easy to talk to and down to earth, and very amenable and understanding as our ‘wish list’ for a house evolved over time.Charlie not only sources and shows houses, but he also helped us with relocation, providing checklists, FYI and How To documents and references to other outstanding vendors that can help with the buying and relocating process. I recommend Charlie Vinci and his office without any reservation!

Comment: We came across Charlies neighborhood guides on Youtube when we were researching Connecticut, and were pleasantly surprised how quickly we were able to get in touch to work together. His guidance and knowledge of areas across Connecticut were super helpful, and always knew awesome places near where we were looking that made the search not just about a home but about a lifestyle. We couldnt imagine a better realtor to navigate the different towns and neighborhoods, and it was a pleasure working with him! Bonus points for having a great website and mobile app, made coordinating home searches SO much easier.

Comment: Charlie sold our house in a little over 2 weeks while simultaneously negotiated the purchase of our new home 45 minutes away. The process was stressful but the guidance he provided along the way was unmatched. We couldn’t be happier with our new town and new schools. Charlie was so easy to work with, always made us laugh, and understood and respected what we wanted to sell our house for and what we wanted in a new home. One really important thing is that Charlie never made us feel pressured - weve had experiences in the past where realtors have pushed their own mortgage people, inspection people, etc. to meet their own needs, and Charlie never did this to us. He guided us and gave us resources when we needed them, but always respected our decisions and needs. We cant thank Charlie enough for making the whole process such a success.
