Comment: Cochran Realty is an amazing agency. Especially Gayane Avetisyan, as beautiful a person as her name. Most real estate agents see my freshly healing skull cuts and think I was born yesterday and invent new fees. She was very appropriate and gracious and divine. Housing is a human right and she only wanted to get me back home 😢. I wish they controlled Forest Hills Gardens. Which has become exclusive because of redlining blockbusting real estate agencies. She was so intellectually curious about the area, because she realized its a hidden gem that sells itself. And I taught her so much about the area and gave her books to read. She wanted to be authentic. And she guided me and taught me so much that Im able to be my own real estate agent. And Cochran Realty groups application process is so upfront about the fair housing rights act. It should be mandated by law. My newly departed mom had a phrase, you wash my back, I wash yours. I want this agency to have sincere commendations. They adhere to the rule of law. I was raised in Forest Hills Gardens after my fathers death by my beautiful aunt who just recently died. And yet Im unwelcome in my own neighborhood. One landlord even told me, I apologize we dont want people like you here. Youre severely disabled and have no income. I have a traumatic brain subsidy, based on all of my years paying into social security. My guarantor is New York City with a AA rating. Im such a judeo Christian, I cannot bring myself to put a lien against these landlords. They need to get super woke. This is a predominantly a Judeo-Christian neighborhood, founded by Dutch German Protestants. And yet they dont practice what they preach. Thats why I continue to pray for them. Once moving back there I will put my youthful exuberance into bringing The Majesty of God back to the Gardens. Im living with half a brain and yet Im fully functional and intellectual. I embody God and am proof that he exists. Never forget. Everyday he lives through me. And he fights all my battles. Im just a conduit, and there are beautiful people there who feel his energy and it touches their lives. And they go out of their way to be obedient to the greatest story ever told. The Bible and mine. Thank you Cochran Realty from the bottom of my heart. Youll never understand how much you mean to me. Heres to greater successes!

Comment: As a real estate broker who has dealt with many brokers and agents, I highly recommend John Gasdaska and his team. He is professional, doesnt waste your time, actually LISTENS and never pushes you to buy something you dont actually love. It took him a couple of years to find me and my husband our lovely home and we became good friends in the process!

Comment: Marko Arsic is a phenomenal agent. Right off the bat, we could tell Marko really knows his real estate and his market. He is honest and very professional. At the same time, he is very patient and kind. He took time out of his busy days, to always address all our concerns, since we were first time home buyers. And, when we changed our desired living specs, he did not take an issue with doing a brand new search for us. He was always in communication and stayed on top of the sellers and their attorney, throughout the entire process. Comment: I was looking for a very specific type of apartment in Brooklyn. I worked with Lisa Pierre, and she was great. I signed the lease for the first apartment we visited! A broker from a different company actually tried to discourage me from my search, can you imagine? Lisa was eager to help and she adapted to my style and needs. We spent a couple weeks before the actual search communicating online and looking at what was coming to market, so shed get a good idea of what I wanted. After about 20 options or so, it was time to get real. She sent me 4 options, we visited 2, and signed the first. It was that simple! I hope I dont need to search for another apartment any time soon, but if I do, Ill be calling Lisa again.
