Comment: I was looking for an apartment in the Park Slope area in a pinch. I had looked at a bunch, but didnt really feel comfortable with anything. I found one that seemed too good to be true, and emailed Rowan Meadowstreet on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting to hear from him Monday morning, but he emailed back that day and we set up a showing for Monday. I loved the place, and Rowan was very helpful in getting the paperwork in order, making sure I knew what was going on, and made it super easy to sign a contract with my busy schedule. I move in this Sunday and couldnt be more excited. Thanks Rowan! Looking forward to the apartment and working with you in the future (if the need arises)!
