We decided to try one last agent and thankfully it was Joseph DeVito. We even made it harder for him by giving him a specific amount of time before we would stop the search. He came through on all aspects! He found our home in the timeframe given, he found everything we asked for and he coached us through the whole process which included a reduction in price due to some unforeseen electrical issues. We are extremely grateful to him and his team for finding the home we wanted & needed. Comment: After several realtor interviews , Joseph was the best decision I made for a realtor from day one. Not only was he always available to answer my questions and explain the process, he always went above and beyond to make the pre-and post preparations, the listing, the showings and the entire selling process as professional looking out for MY best interest the entire time.Joseph tried to make things smooth as possible for me from handling all matters , big or small. He took all efforts to make sure I had the best offer and didnt surprise me with additional fees or costs. I would 100% hire him again and again and absolutely highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase any type of property.I dont believe I would have been successful with my sale as mine was a coop and those are super hard to resell but Joseph was extremely successful and did not disappoint. The commission was not not enough to compensate for all his hard work. There are many folks out there just wanting your listing but they dont measure up to what Joseph and his team delivered.I cant begin to thank you enough for all you did for me . Comment: Upon meeting Joe for the first time and listening to him speak I knew without hesitation that he would be the real estate person for me. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced, and along with a very positive and likeable personality we hit the trifecta!! We were selling our lifelong home, a very hard thing to do emotionally. Joe understood this and helped to ease our worries about selling. From the moment we met Joe we could tell this was going to be the right person for the job. The presentation of the house for the pictures was amazing and the video taken was perfection. My husband and I interviewed several realtors and chose Joe because of his online reviews and the fact that he was a realtor AND a Real estate attorney. We were not disappointed. Joe knows his business and works with a talented team. He personally staged our home for his professional photographer. He actually helped move around all of the furniture himself! The photos brought in a great many interested buyers. In fact, we had a signed contract for sale after only one week on the market! Joe is also a SUPERB NEGOTIATOR. He knows the business and used his experience to create a bidding war that saw us sell our home well above asking price. Joe is also a PROBLEM SOLVER. During the run up to closing, we encountered a number of issues, to include a title problem. Joe is always CALM and REASONED In his approach. He fixed each issue quickly and completely. Joe and his team also possess incredible ATTENTION TO DETAIL. In fact, Joe went through our house often (after we moved out but before closing) to keep an eye on things. During one visit he noticed a small leak that could’ve turned into a flood. He notified us and supervised the fix. As a real estate attorney/realtor he stayed with us throughout the ENTIRE PROCESS - Ensuring every problem was fixed and that we closed the sale as quickly as possible. He made the whole selling process such a easy one, even when we had a few issues that needed to be worked out. With him also being our lawyer it made things less difficult when we had issues that arose. He was professional and aggressive when it was needed to get things done! He didnt stop until things were to his standards! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Comment: Joseph DeVito was our Buyers Agent and Lawyer, which is already great in itself. He was very responsive at all times and at our preferred means of communication (Text). He negotiated very well. Seller accepted almost at our initial offer, well below asking price. This was our first House and COVID-19 hit, but Joseph explained everything very well and advised of every single step. We had a long, difficult 2 days, leading up to an almost failed closing. Joseph stayed on top of everything and put pressure where and how it was needed. At the end all went well, exactly as intended from our side. Thanks for a great job done!
