Comment: We had been searching for a while for a rental in the Niagara region that best suited our growing family’s needs. When we found Claudia, she sent us listings that were perfectly tailored to our needs. When we narrowed the listings that we were interested in, Claudia was extremely present and helpful in assisting us in viewing the property, she was even kind enough to do video showings for us, answering any questions that we had and eventually closing on the property. We were amazed at how seamless the process went thanks to Claudia’s professionalism and expertise.She kept us very informed throughout every stage of our search (application process, updates on the offer, closing on the listing). She was always available to respond to any inquiries that we had as well as provide clarification on any information that was unclear, which is important.I would highly recommend Claudia as she is very knowledgeable, attentive to individual needs, takes the time to understand what you are looking for, extremely professional and very approachable. What made the process even more pleasant was that it felt as though she was always advocating for us, providing sound advice and information but at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision.

Comment: I first met Charles Plante at an open house that he was hosting and I liked him instantly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about real estate. When I was ready to sell my home we called Charles. He has been awesome to work with. Selling and Buying a home is very stressful in this current market. Charles was very responsive with phone calls. He was always available for showings. We ended up having a bidding war in a very slow market on the sale of my property and I believe that Charles worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. The home we purchased will require some work and Charles has been great getting us referrals for professional trades. I will definitely use Charles again if and when I sell.
