Comment: Marvin, ably assisted by Katy, helped me rent out my condo during the darkest days of the COVID pandemic, after another agent (from another company) made a total mess of the process. Marvin and team were totally professional, patient, and provided great input in finding me a set of tenants that met my strict parameters. He helped get them approved by the condo board, while making sure all parties were apprised of the progress. Definitely recommended.

Comment: What can I say!? Katy is just perfect! This is my first time purchasing my home and it was a very smooth process. Katy is efficient, thorough, excellent at negotiating, and is prompt to respond to email/calls. Katy is always there for me and reassured me throughout the whole process. Katy will recommend listings and will listen to your preference/budget. Also, if you ever need a mortgage broker, lawyer, home inspector, or home insurance broker she will recommend someone to you, and this has helped me tremendously since I was clueless. She took care of most parts which made it less stressful. Go for Katy! I would recommend her!!

Comment: Marvin Chu & Diana Kim are truly a pleasure to work with. I experienced complete professionalism, attention to details, and paperwork like Ive never seen before. Everything was meticulously done from the leases to the riders and summary pages! They rented 4 apartments for me in the last 2 months and each of the tenants they found were better then the last. All were super nice and financially sound. They are already working on my next one as I write this review. I highly recommend them to rent your next apartment. If I had a team like this I would still be in the real estate brokerage business myself! The Chu Chu train continues to roll and Im on board!

Comment: I cannot say enough about the Forray Team at Corcoran. Not only did they introduce me to the apartment that I purchased in 2007 but sold it for me 7 years later. They brought me the price we agreed to which is not the norm in my experiences with previous brokers. The Forray Group was also a lifesaver when I needed them to find and me an apartment in Greenpoint in 2 days! I contacted them at 10am on a Wednesday and they found me a place by 1pm the same day. Once I told them I wanted the apartment they negotiated for me and I had the keys in hand by 6pm the following day for my move on that Friday morning. The first thing I did before I purchased a car was to give them a call to find out if they knew of any available spots and they found me one within a week....they simply are the go to people in North Brooklyn.
