The house had multiple dwellings, difficult to describe in the typical realtor blurbs and not without its problems - Missing permits, C.O.s, records too old to be located, etc. They immediately understood the concerns and offered solutions. Working as a team contributed to the responsiveness, often “after hours”, which helped calm me down, immensely, during some trying times. When things became complicated with the two attorneys, Glen often agreed to intervene and offered suggestions that saved the final deal. His calm demeanor, knowledge of every aspect of home sales and positive relationships with the other realtors, representing potential buyers, were key factors, not only in the sale, but in the process.
