An advocate does not represent their own views but amplifies that of the person they are supporting.I was a buyer and Jason was my real estate professional. I had met him during one of his open houses when I was just perusing the market. Immediately I was struck by his professionalism and told myself when Im ready to buy, hes going to be my person. Slow-forward to over a year later, Im ready to buy and reach out to him. He actually remembered who I was and I had only met him in person that one time.He listens. He asks important questions to understand how to best serve your needs. He provides excellent advice and supports you even if he may not agree with your decisions. I say that because I chose my credit union to handle my mortgage and did not go with Jasons recommendation. My poor choice in banking resulted in a lot of extra time, effort and frustration on everyones part (except the bank) for the extraordinary amount of time it took. Their insight and experience was key when considering different properties, and we ultimately were able to purchase our dream house, which was the first house that we put an offer on. You will not be pressured or misled to do anything that makes you uncomfortable, and they pride honesty over pushing you to consider a house that is not perfect for you. Comment: The Goodridge team got my house sold well above asking price within a week of listing.This was a relief because I had been trying to sell the house a few times prior and only received low-ball offers. Market conditions may have had impact on that variance. Regardless, Im very happy with the results from the Goodridge team.
