Whatever you hear about brokers, and your worries about them over-charging you or trying to rush you to get an apartment you dont actually want, could not apply to him less.It probably took him a maximum of 30 seconds to respond to any and all text messages/emails we sent him. Plus, he was highly willing to (none of us were physically in NYC while apartment searching) visit all of the places under our consideration and send us videos/zoom with us.
