Comment: Sherri Toates is just awesome! Shopping for a house in today’s environment can be very stressful. I spent a few months trying to find the right house for my parents.. Sherri was always prompt, organized , positive and easy to work with. She educated me and my parents on the process of what it’s like to find a house in 2023 and patiently spent a lot of time guiding my elderly parents. She has a good eye, and would point things out that I may not have noticed. She was available on short notice and I felt like she dedicated every Saturday to us for a long time! More importantly, she is a great communicator and is honest with her clients by providing information as objectively as possible. My wife and I stumbled upon Tina by pure luck through a Zillow listing. We ended up connecting with her after looking at a house that fell through for us. From here, Tina spent the next 3 months working with us in person and remotely. She listened very well to our feedback, even when we adjusted our criteria on several occasions.
