Comment: Kevin is a wonderful realtor who went above and beyond for our family. He grew up in the neighborhood and knows everything about it — street by street, stores and restaurants, parks and recreation and even traffic routes. He picked me up from the ferry every time and we saw so many houses. He has great instincts about which houses are over/under priced and what work needs doing (like a new roof). He always picks up his phone and is easy to talk to and very patient with me. When we finally settled on a home, he got me a great deal and even got me estimates on repairs from his list of great contractors, going over to the new house and letting in the contractors when I was out of state. We couldnt be more pleased.

From start to finish, he was both professional but transparent, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring that we had a smooth and successful real estate transaction. To be honest we were a little lost, between selling one home in SI and buying another out of state as the rules are different in every state. The contracts can be overwhelming, and from the beginning Kevin’s easy manner and patience made things a lot easier. When he presented us with comparative data to help us price our home, he patiently helped us understand the team’s analysis and marketing material. We knew by looking at his presentation that he and the Joe Tirone team knew what they were doing.One of the things that impressed us most about Kevin Bryant was his responsiveness. We really threw him a curve when we insisted that he list our home last minute on Easter weekend. Despite the fact that Kevin had other plans he listed it and did 35 individual showings of our home over the next few days. He handled everything with such a aplomb and expertise that he kept track of everyone during the viewings and even made sure that our family pet was safe and sound the whole time.From listing to contract wasn’t more than a few days and from contract to closing was well under the average time. Kevin and his team were there for every step and made sure that we were completely comfortable with the process, made sure we had answers to all our questions and offered insightful recommendations.Kevin demonstrated a deep understanding of the Staten Island real estate market during the process. Comment: Kevin was great! He explained the whole selling process to us, what we could expect along the way & was able to answer any questions we had. His enthusiasm & energy relieved the stress of selling a home. Kevin was always available to answer questions & followed up with us on a regular basis. He kept us informed all along the way & put our mind at ease anytime we hit an obstacle. Even after the sale of our home Kevin followed up with us & offered to help in anyway, which he did so willingly did. He went above & beyond. We were very fortunate to have such a terrific agent.

Comment: My husband and I originally were looking for a house in Brooklyn. When we didn’t find anything to fit our needs there, we were referred to Kevin Bryant of the Joe Tirone team to look at Staten Island. He was absolutely fantastic. A short list of things Kevin did that were above and beyond: making sure we had food when we got hangry looking at properties, dropping us off at the ferry to go to Manhattan, dropping us off at the airport, watching my car when I had to fly back to Colorado unexpectedly before we closed, texted and called us to update us on what was going on between the sellers and the lawyers, gave us the name of a handyman once we moved here. This deal would not have happened without Kevin. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of Staten Island, and anything he doesn’t know about real estate, he can ask Joe. Would give 100 stars if we could. We will absolutely use him again in the future for all our real estate needs. Make your move a little easier and go with Kevin.
