Most companies just do the MLS and rely on the free sites that MLS post on. Not so with Lina. She pays for TV ads and local papers too. Kate and Lina provided us with excellent advice when it came to selling our starter home and we ended up getting way more than we thought we could for it which we then turned into buying an amazing much larger home. Comment: Lina and her team were recommended to us by 2 close friends so we didnt have to scour the world for a real estate agent...but our expectations were absolutely exceeded! Lina treated us like family, gave us great advice along the way and was always there when we had a question. Lina is very hands on and when youre buying or selling a home you need that approach from an agent. We have heard stories of other agents where theyre tough to contact once the sale is pending but Lina was always available. We received 12 offers in about 3 days.
