Through their unique selling strategy, they were able to get us in-contract before we even went to market – a process that completely exceeded our expectations! When I was considering moving into 225 13th street, D’mitri was attentive to my non-negotiables. I wanted a unit with a washer dryer and even though the apartments with W/D weren’t listed, he offered to show me the apartments with W/D in the building. I found the perfect apartment thanks to D’Mitri. His candidness, pleasant disposition, and flexibility made me feel like I was in good hands. After a year and some change in my current apartment, I decided to move on. D’Mitri again was communicative, open and candid during the process of finding a new tenant for my apartment. He let me know when he would have showings well in advance so I could prepare to leave the unit unoccupied. D’Mitri even fed my cat Isley during one of the apartment showings. D’Mitri goes above and beyond. My favorite moment was running into him on 13th street after a year of seeing him in person and he remembered my name and face as if no time at all had passed. So lets talk about Maria.My partner and I started looking in June for an upgrade to merge our brood of animals, and by August we were ready to stay put and deal. Cue Maria, who showed us the property we had scheduled to see, but after a 10 min conversation about our needs and dreams, she said “Hang on. I think I have something you will like.”Daily, literally daily we say how much we love our new home. I still get the streeteasy search updates for fomo, and still nothing tops what Maria found us!But that’s not what this review is about.Once we said yes, the landlord sent one of those ridiculous leases, and Maria was on top of the compromises for almost a month, down to the wire. As well as letting the cable guy in, resolving issues with the landlord as they changed management, and constantly reaching out to check up on us. All with a smile.Look, I have a great mechanic, a solid dentist that doesn’t hurt, and knew my coffee guys for 2 decades. Never once have I said I found a great real estate person. Until now.I won’t tell you who my mechanic is, but if you are looking for a guide in this real estate market, I cannot say enough how much I trust and appreciated Maria. Next time we move (and for the love of Pete it won’t be soon), Maria will be our person.

You hear so many stories of how buying/selling a home, especially in new New York, is a nightmare, but working with the Litvak team was the opposite: They make it easy!
