Comment: After a rocky start related to contract language in The Malley Groups standard Agreement, I found my experience with their agent (Taite Carpenter) highly, highly satisfactory. He worked very hard, and was essentially on-line/available whenever we needed to contact him. He showed us virtually all properties in our price class (many agents would not... or would only show them THEIR listings), and was instrumental crafting a winning strategy for bidding. Taite showed extreme flexibility and ingenuity in working towards a contractual compromise that was acceptable to me in relationship to his Brokers standard Agreement (which was unacceptable to me). Although I basically insisted on striking out a large % of their Agreement, he was able to craft a create approach that I deemed acceptable. Very, very impressive for a relatively young agent. In summary, he was market knowledgeable, able to converse on contract language and clauses as they apply to realty issues, efficient at negotiating with the sellers team, and a pleasure to work with. We would have not purchased the condo that we did at this price without his advise and help! Highly recommend him!

Comment: We moved from Chicago to Vermont so finding the right agent to help us navigate not only a new market but a crazy market was imperative. We were referred to the Malley brothers by an acquaintance. Both Nate and Joe met with us virtually (we hadnt moved yet) and helped guide us to the way real estate works in VT. Joe began an intensive search and helped us through virtual tours until we moved. Once in VT, Joe really pushed hard to get our family into a home and out of the hotel we were living in. His persistence, knowledge, and compassion was always present. He was kind to our family and never rushed us through home tours or making decisions on offers. His relaxed personality helped relieve our anxiety about an intense market but he was not relaxed when fighting to get us the best deal on a home. Were grateful for Joes kindness and guidance during a major transition in our familys life.

Comment: We have known Karin for years and always knew we would use her realtor services when we were ready to sell. I contacted her a couple years ago so that we had lots of time to do what we needed to do to get our house ready. She gave me lots of ideas/tips and then when it got closer, Melanie (the stager) came and gave us more ideas. We didnt want to do a lot, but we made the house look good and move-in ready.We listed the house on a Thursday and had an offer the next day - which ended up being the one we accepted. Karin worked with the other realtor to get the buyers to make the offer more reasonable for us.Karin had a planned vacation but her partner, Nate stayed in touch with us and Rose also provided info. Comment: We just closed on a house with the steadfast help of Taite Carpenter of the Malley Group. I cant say enough about how excellent Taite is. He is knowledgeable, clear in his explanations and has a wonderful, unflappable, positive attitude. Maybe best of all, he is immediately responsive to texts and emails, and always seems to have the patience and time to answer more questions, think through decisions, or to show us another property. Taite is completely on top of all the details, thorough and accurate, and is quick to get answers when he doesnt immediately know them. His personality is perfect for this job. Though he is young, he will be very successful in real estate. I highly recommend Taite as your real estate agent. An, no, Taite is not a relative or old friend. We dialed his phone number randomly when we saw it on Zillow. We just got lucky.
