The first offer we made on a house with James was accepted, which was huge for us! But nervousness turned into intelligence when we had David Reynes on our side. Absolute gem of person & in short he is the stud Realtor from them all - to close your dream home. Seller told me we had 3 same offers but they were sold out to us for deal structuring . We closed our first home with Mathew in NJ and it was an absolute pleasure. We were working with 3-4 other real estate workers and either they were pushy, less knowledgeable or had no time. The most important attribute to buy a home is that the agent should be able to understand you and your requirements. Make you aware about the market comparisons, good and bad to look in a property.
