Comment: My financial advisor referred me to Brian Caplicki. Brian set me up with Shane on his team to look at houses. Shane was more than great. He is very knowledgeable about homes. He pointed out all the things in a home I should be concerned of from the good bad and really ugly. I was able to get showings set up promptly on the day they first came on the market and was always a pleasure meeting up to look at homes. Shane never left me hanging and I felt he always had my best interest in mind. Shane hooked up my home and septic inspection for the next day after my offer was accepted. The inspector he referred was great too. Communicating was a breeze with Shane, Pam, and Isaiah. Pam is the coordinator and when I needed something or a question answered she was on it. Pam was quick to find answers for me. I never felt I was being ignored. Still after 2 weeks of closing on my home Pam is asking me if I need help with anything. Thats great! I felt very comfortable working with everyone in the Capliki team. They made me feel I was important and their first priority. Isaiah met me for my final walk through before closing. He is very polite and has a calming nature about him that made it a pleasant experience. I was not rushed and able to look over the home to my satisfaction. For a first time home buyer like myself, I really scored with these guys and girls. They all took the time to help me do this right. I am very particular when it comes to customer service. It was an above and beyond experience and I really really appreciate how I was treated as a individual in this home purchase. I am so thankful. Thank you all.

Comment: I talked to a couple different realtors before selecting one and Brian recommended the highest asking price which is why I selected him. I wasnt sure if we would get it or not, but we actually got more than asking in a short amount of time. I had moved out of the area before closing and Brian helped check on my home and was a huge help when a storm came through and there was flooding in the basement. He went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. Brian and his team are also great people and really good to work with.
