Comment: Cynthia McKenna checks all the boxes for a great real estate agent. She’s extremely hard-working, responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, generous and accommodating – just to name a few! However, Cynthia is more than just a great real estate agent. She is a guiding and comforting hand who really looks out for her clients. Her maternal, kind nature was ever-present. Of course, don’t let that sweet exterior fool you! Cynthia is a go-getter who does whatever it takes to get the job done. She recently sold our home in Franklin Square. I will never forget the open houses she hosted on some of the hottest summer days. I will never forget how well she treated my two rambunctious sons as if they were a part of her own family. When there was an issue with the property line, Cynthia went above and beyond to solve the issue.The photographer took amazing pictures of my home to post on the many Real Estate apps. They even created a 3D floor plan that was incredible. I believe it was through her efforts there were over 50 appointments at the first open house. My house sold in one day at over $25,000 of asking price.I promote Team McKenna whenever conversations go to buying or selling a home.Simply the Best! Thank you Team McKenna and especially Cynthia.
