It was a long process but they really listened to us, sent us listings inside and outside of our range to show us how the market was behaving and then helped us through making our offers. As new home buyers the team was extremely patient with us and explained the process in full detail, while also offering recommendations of lawyers and inspectors theyve worked with in the past. Comment: When my father-in-law passed away, we interviewed five different realtors to sell his house. Jim Mulvey came out as the clear winner! He was extremely professional and kind, and he was sensitive to the fact that it was emotional for us to sell my husband’s childhood home. We felt overwhelmed about emptying the contents of my father-in-law’s house and prepping it for sale, but Jim took care of everything! He and his contacts arranged for an estate sale, charities to come and collect what remained, and contractors to come and make repairs. He even met the various workers at our house for us so we didn’t have to miss work! Jim was in constant contact with us, keeping us up-to-date on the progress, and he was extremely easy to get ahold of whenever we had a question. Best of all, the house sold quickly, and we got above our asking price! My husband and I will certainly be using Jim and his team to sell our own house in the future!

Jim helped us by our first Co-Op seven year ago and we continued to work with him and Catherine when it came time to sell our Co-Op and buy a new house.
