Comment: I have had 10 years of interaction with the Prince Team, first when I bought my apartment in 2012, throughout the 10 years I rented it out and finally as Ive sold it recently. In the initial search process they were great, they listened to what I was looking for and organised a very efficient day of visits and gave me solid analysis on the financial returns I could expect (as was for investment). They held my hand during the closing process and everything was smooth. Throughout the 10 years they helped find and interact with the tenants and the building. I considered selling it a couple times and each time they came back quickly with solid information about state of the market. When I started working with Jason of the Prince Group it was a totally different story. He really listened to my needs, helped me prioritize them and then immediately made a short list building to target. It was a detailed and focused search based on his deep expertise. I was thrilled on our first day out; we looked at dozens of listings in every single building across lower Manhattan that exactly met my needs so that I had an exact lay of the land. We found the unit I wanted to buy on our second day of looking! Jason was a great guide for every single step of the process. He is a great guide and has a large stable of vendors for every step of the process. What I really enjoyed was that he took the time to understand what type of client I am, how I like to work and what would make me comfortable through the process and made sure to work with me in a way that made me comfortable. When you pair that expert level of customer service with his experience, knowledge, responsiveness and relationships it really makes the difference in a high-pressure situation.
